Remote power level keeps flashing on screen

My RC-MC1 remote is a rechargeable device. It works the system fine, but recently has started flashing its power level on the screen every 10 seconds or so. No idea why. It has no obvious damage. Whe...

    Thanks for keeping us updated!

    Have you tried doing a system restart and pairing your Roku Voice Remote Pro again to see if the issue persists? If not, we highly recommend doing a system restart by navigating to Home and then going to Settings > System > System Restart. Once you've done this step, press and hold the pairing button at the back of your Roku remote for 30 seconds, then press again for 5 seconds when a green light starts blinking. Wait to see a prompt for the remote pairing.

    We sincerely regret any trouble this may have caused you and appreciate you for trying to troubleshoot your remote.

    If you want to remove an existing remote connected to your TV, navigate to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > Remotes and Devices. Please be aware that you can't remove an existing remote through your TV if it is the only one connected to it. But you can reset it by pressing and holding the Back and Home button simultaneously for about 30 seconds to reset/unpair.

    In the meantime, you can install the Roku mobile app as an alternative to a physical remote. It works well with all of Roku's streaming devices or TVs and has a private listening feature.
