Just a heads-up: Roku TV is designed to play content at the best quality possible, including HDR and Dolby Vision when available. You can't fully disable HDR, but you can customize how it looks. While playing something, press the * button on your remote, go to Picture Settings, and adjust the HDR mode (Dark, Bright, or Normal) to find your perfect setting. If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out and we’ll keep helping you from there. Hope this helps! Thanks, The Roku Community Team Re: Live TV Channel Guide issue on Roku Hi, sambou. Greetings from the Roku Community. We understand how frustrating it is to not see your favorite shows when streaming via Live TV. No worries! We'd love to help you set up your favorite channels. To set a channel as a favorite, open the Channel options menu and select Favorite channel. Repeat this for each channel you want to favorite, or use the following steps to favorite multiple channels at once. Open the Channel options menu Select Manage channels Select Favorite channels Press OK to check the box next to any channel you wish to favorite Tip: As you move down the list, pause for a moment and your Roku device will switch to the channel for a quick preview. We also suggest filtering the channels you want to stream. When the channel guide is filtered, only the channels that are part of the filtered view appear. Use the following steps to filter the channel guide. Open the Channel options menu Select Filter Choose All channels, Recents, or Favorites For more details about this and to help you learn more about accessing the Live TV Channel Guide, you may visit this support article: How to set up a favorites channel list with Roku's Live TV Channel Guide Keep us posted if you are still unable to setup your preferred and favorite Live TV channels. Best regards, Carly Re: chimes will not work on video doorbell A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, Zeborah! Thank you for reaching out to us! We’re happy to assist you with your new Roku Video Doorbell & Chime SE. Please try these steps to troubleshoot your doorbell: Check the chime volume settings: Go to Doorbell page > Settings > Extended Devices > Chime > Volume Set the volume to 100, then test the chime again. Confirm the status light is solid blue: If it’s not, try re-adding the chime to the Roku Smart Home app as a new device. Check that the doorbell firmware is up to date: Go to Settings > Device Info > Firmware version You can also review the Release Notes & Firmware for updates. Let us know how it goes, and we’ll be happy to assist you further if needed! Thanks, The Roku Community Team Re: Roku 360 camera not sending the notification to iphone 13 A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, akshayp. If your Roku Smart Camera isn’t sending notifications, try these steps: Turn notifications off and on: Tap the bell icon in the top right of the mobile app home page. Select “Turn off notifications” (a slash will appear through the bell). Tap the bell icon again to turn notifications back on. Test if notifications work now. Check camera notification settings: Go to Livestream > Gear Icon > “Notifications”. Make sure “Send Notifications” is turned on (the circle should be on the right, and purple on the left). Log out and back in: Tap "Account" in the bottom left, then "Sign Out". Tap "Use a different Roku account" and follow the sign-in steps. Test notifications: After logging in, leave the app and lock your phone. Trigger motion on the camera and see if the notification comes through (it may take up to a minute). Note: You won't receive notifications if the app is open when motion is triggered. Please let us know how it goes and we would be more than happy to continue assisting you from there.
