Where are you accessing the channel? Is it through the Roku channel or via the standalone app?
Please be aware that subscriptions purchased on the Channel Store use your Roku account's email and password or the email and password of a separate account managed directly with the channel provider. If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription are managed directly with your channel provider.
To contact our representative, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.

Roku has no telephone support. If you do a web search and find a number claiming to be Roku support, do NOT call it. They will be scammers trying to get control of your account, and/or steal your credit card information.

@jalainia Roku accounts cannot be transferred. You would need to create a new account using a different email address and then do a factory reset on your Roku to join it to the new account.

Lisa, please edit your post and remove your phone number. It's extremely dangerous to place personal information (name, phone number, email address) in a public forum. Scammers will find that and target you.
I am trying to contact someone to cancel a subscription that I accidentally made today, May 29, 2024 for Fox Nation.
I do not want that subscription, but at this time I still can not get to a site to cancel the trail subscription.
