Is it accurate that if subscribing to Paramount+ via Roku, you can only access that Paramount subscription via Roku devices? And not signing in on other devices?

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription:
- Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

That is a good reason not to sign up through Roku directly. I lost my ability to login to Paramount Plus other than through Roku. Before I was able to use any device including my laptop. REALLY ROKU. No more signups for me using Roku. Dumb idea on your part.

Thank you for your reply and suggestions. However, putting my Roku App on my laptop or other than TVs could potentially weaken privacy security on those devices. As stated in your privacy policies, you have access to a lot of information and you share it with others. If Roku and other applications would not watch our personal activities and share them with others, it would be a more secure system for all of us. Seriously, privacy is what we all want. It is none of your business what we watch, comment in our social programs or what we think. Just provide the service of offering good movies for us to enjoy without having a someone watching over our shoulders.
As stated in your security policies, you share information with other institutions in countries where you offer your service, who are not bound by US privacy laws. That is a dangerous road for us all.

@Khalil16 This is a support forum. You can not close an account here. To close a Roku account login to your Roku account on a computer and proceed from there. If it is a Paramount Plus account you wish to close contact Paramount Plus at the link provided in the post above.
