Roku charging for subscriptions that are not active and do not show up on my subscription page

Jump to solution

I recently noticed that I am being charged $8.65 a month for a Peacock subscription. When I navigate to my subscription page, I do not show any active peacock subscriptions. I dont know how to stop this charge. The latest charge was cleared on 2.28. Additionally, I am seeing another charge for $5.40 charged on 2.12 but I have zero idea what this re-occuring charge is for. As of today, I have zero subscriptions on Roku yet I continue to be charged.

Hey @BLANCAGZ

Thanks for posting here!

It looks like you’re having a hard time figuring out the charge on your account. I'm here to help!

Give this a try: Check to make sure your subscription details and the account linked to your Roku device are correct. You can do this on your Roku device by navigating to Home Settings System About. Furthermore, visit our support article on how to manage or cancel subscriptions through Roku.

If you have any other concerns, please reach out.

Thanks,

@BLANCAGZ Is it possible you have a second Roku account using a different email?
