Hello how do I get a refund

Refund for what? First, Roku normally will not refund a subscription that is cancelled. Next, what is the service? Are you subscribed through Roku? Look on your Roku user account web page. It will list any subscription(s) you have through Roku, and you can manage your subscriptions there. If there's no subscriptions listed on your user account, then you are not being billed by Roku. If you have subscribed directly with a service, you must deal with them about your subscription.

Now, if you have no subscription through Roku, but you are getting charges that are labeled as Roku, then you are being scammed. Roku cannot assist if that is the case, and you need to contact your credit card provider and let them know someone is billing you fraudulently.

@Sandrahartlet any subscription that is made through Roku can be managed/cancelled on your Roku user web page (https://my.roku.com). If you don't see a subscription there, then it's not through Roku.

@Jhaynes please, edit that post with your phone number and email. It is extremely dangerous to post that information on a public forum. Click the three dots to the right of the post and select edit.

Contest the charge with your CC company, and tell them you will not pay any charges from that biller. That will wake up whoever is billing you. If they are crooks, you'll never hear from them. If it's legit, they will contact you and try to work it out.

Hi, @Marcie7468.

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We see that you're having an issue accessing your subscription. We'd like to know more about this.

Where are you accessing the channel? Is it through the Roku channel or via the standalone app?

Please be aware that subscriptions purchased on the Channel Store use your Roku account's email and password or the email and password of a separate account managed directly with the channel provider. If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription are managed directly with your channel provider.

To contact our representative, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to sign in to watch movies and TV shows

We'll wait for your response.

The Roku Support page online is a joke and a never ending loop that doesn't get people answers.  I have a charge on my credit card that's being billed monthly and says Roku.  My account says I don't have any subscriptions so I'm not sure how to make that stop, and there's no customer service at this company, only pages to read that don't solve my issue.

@SaminChicago have you read any of the previous posts? It's simple to determine if they are legitimate Roku charges. Log into your Roku user account on your computer. Look under the Subscription link. If there's something there, you are being charged by Roku and it can be managed/canceled right there.

If there's nothing listed under Subscriptions, you are NOT being billed by Roku, regardless of what your CC statement says. Thieves get your CC information from the dark web and submit a bogus charge. They can enter any name they want to say who is billing the charge, and they often use Roku because so many people have one. If this is the case, you need to contest the charge with your CC company, and ask them to cancel your card and issue you a new one with a different number.
