I have a thermostat with Alexa and when I ask it to do something, it gives two messages at once that conflict with each other. So, it is possible there will still be some things out there not functioning as they should. Re: Roku Support number Pat18 Unfortunately, we all have to wait for Amazon to fix their issues, no way for users to do anything. Your password issue doesn't sound like an AWS issue though. Re: Unable to get certain Apps to play Nlcoad I cannot say for certain as you have not specified which apps, but it is possible that the AWS issues that have been going on the last couple of days are affecting the apps you are trying to watch, depending on whether they are using AWS as part of their service. Re: Roku Ultra search tab missing. Boyette Depending on where you live, some features/apps are restricted or not available. Re: Turn off screen reader Sounds like you need to check the TV settings. Go to the Accessibility menu in your TV's settings and turn off the Screen Reader. Re: Hisense Roku TV Flickers When Using PS5 dedecharles666 Check in your TV settings to see if it has a game mode in the video options. Re: Unrecognized charge from my account Rsteahr You could log in and check your account subscriptions and see if you have anything that matches. Also, you can check with Roku customer service, although I would suggest waiting until the AWS outage is resolved. (See link) https://support.roku.com/category/202683127 Re: [Solved] Roku Service Interruption Elizabeth88 Roku has probably been affected by the AWS outage that has taken down a number of web services for a variety of companies. That probably would explain why you are having issues with your cameras and with chat. There is a banner at the top of the Roku forum page indicating something similar. Re: Roku Support number oliviajo25 That typically means an internet/network issue on your network. You can try these things. Check the Ethernet Cable: Ensure that your Ethernet cable is not damaged. If possible, try using a different cable to see if the problem persists. Restart Your Router: Unplug your router for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This can often resolve many network-related issues. Restart Your Roku Device: Go to Settings > System > System Restart on your Roku device to restart it. Check Network Settings: Ensure that your Roku’s network settings are correct. Navigate to Settings > Network > Wired to check the status of your connection. Update Router Firmware: Make sure your router's firmware is up-to-date. Check the manufacturer's website for any available updates. Factory Reset Your Roku: If all else fails, perform a factory reset. Go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset. Note that this will erase all settings and preferences. Try a Different Network: If possible, connect your Roku to a different network to see if the issue persists. For official Roku support....go to this link. Official Roku Support | Roku Device Questions & Troubleshooting Re: Searching for saving programs Msmr Some streaming services have cloud DVR as part of their packages, such as Spectrum, Comcast and others. Others have On Demand type services where you can watch something after it has aired (usually a few days later).
