Yesterday's Amazon AWS outage did impact Roku devices, along with many others. While it's been restored, access was still getting caught up.
Looks like AWS is still having issues with some things. I have a thermostat with Alexa and when I ask it to do something, it gives two messages at once that conflict with each other. So, it is possible there will still be some things out there not functioning as they should.
