I’m experiencing the same issues since the beginning of the week. About every 30 minutes all the channels close to the channel I am viewing including that channel show No information. Only thing to do is go back to Home screen and re enter live tv again and the program information is back for another while. Been a constant challenge since they changed that screen and added the suggestion panels at the top. What gives Roku, don’t you guys test stuff before you put it in production?

My TCl keep losing channel info too. Turning the tv off and back on resets it but after awhile loses it again. This has been happening ever since the last upgrade when they added a banner above the channel guide. Very frustrating. HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM ROKU.

Hisense: Model 58R6E3 just started losing the channel information after it has been on a while. If I shut if off for 10 seconds, the channel information comes back but after a while 'No information Again'. I use only OTA for the channels. No cable or satellite. I constantly update the OS manually. I have tried unplugging the TV, then plugging in, same thing. I have not tried a factory reset, leaving that as a last resort, if possible.
Any thoughts??? Of course, the TV is OOW.
Thank-you,
Mike

I have a Phillips 40 inch roku tv. The guide drops after 15 minutes. I have done it all. Software check, reprogram antenna. Reset my router. Connection check all of it. Still loses information for the guide after 15 minutes, I have reprogrammed it multiple times. It loads the guide and everything is good for about 15 minutes then poof it is gone again. There must be something going on with Roku itself. Any ideas?

Looks to be a bug. Existing thread here https://community.roku.com/t5/Channels-viewing/OTA-Channel-Guide-quot-No-Information-quot/td-p/1048241 indicating Roku is looking into it.

I have the same issue. Software is up to date. Changing zip codes, no help. This is on live tv using my antenna. Turning off and on pulls in channel guide for a few minutes. North Carolina.
