We see that you're having an issue with the channel guide on your Roku TV, and we'd like to investigate further.
Could you share the info we need below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times)

RokuEmmanuel-D You know this issue is happening across the country, and you know what the problem is. WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR THE SAME LAUNDRY LIST OF INFORMATION???
YOU SOUND LIKE A BROKEN RECORD, AS THAT IS THE ONLY THING YOU EMPLOYEES EVER OFFER!
NEVER HELP WITH ACTUALLY SOLVING ANYTHING!
WE ALL SEE HOW STUPID THIS STRATEGY IS, AS WE NEVER EVER GET "UPDATES". OR HOW TO FIX ANYTHING..... SMH
