channel info disappears after 15 minutes. If I turn off the TV and back on, the TV info is back. This is the second Roku TV I have had in two years. They both started to fail just after one year. Very disappointed. This TV model is 32S355-CA TCL - Roku TV
This problem is in Kentucky as well

Tryed the software update, now Version 14.1.4 and build 7709. The problem never went away. Restarteded Roku and the info was there, Ten minutes later the channel menu so no information. If I go toHome then back into Live TV the info is back.

Same thing is happening to me. I have to go HOME and start over for tv listings to appear.
Also, if I scroll over a few hours, most of the listings appear but go back to the actual time? NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
I’ve rescanned, rebooted, software updated and nothing has changed. I have a strong wi-fi connection according to the information on my TCL Roku tv.

twistyb Thanks for keeping us posted!
I see you've tried a few troubleshooting steps, but no luck so far. To help you out and pass this along to the right Roku team, I'll need some more details about what's going on.
Please share with us the details below.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
- Zip Code
- Channels affected
Once we have this information, we'll be able to forward this to the right team.

Same problem. Too many people having same problem since last update. Roku caused the problem in their program. Doesn't matter what id, etc we have. Hopefully this gets fixed. @ roku

I have same issue. It started several days ago when suddenly the good didn't show the correct time but the home page did. We have reset, restarted, rescanned, unplugged so many times but NOTHING works. The guide comes up if we put it on a local channel but goes back to no information when cudgel to another channel like Fox, Grit, Cozi, etc. I'm about done with roku junk. Something goes wrong every time there's an update.

I have the same issue. Software is up to date. Changing zip codes, no help. This is on live tv using my antenna. Turning off and on pulls in channel guide for a few minutes. North Carolina.
