Let's see if this will work for you.
 
  • Check for a system update
    Go     to Roku Homescreen > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.
  • Restart Your Roku Device/TV
    Go to Settings > System > Power/System Restart.

Does not resolve problem.  All started when roku added stuff ar top of tv guide which is worthless.  Problem is a I T programing error....
