channel info disappears after 15 minutes. If I turn off the TV and back on, the TV info is back. This is the second Roku TV I have had in two years. They both started to fail just after one year. Very disappointed. This TV model is 32S355-CA TCL - Roku TV
My channels keep dropping off on my RCA Roku TV I have to keep shutting off turning it on or going to the home screen and go back to the TV for the camp channels to come back online and one by one to go down the list they all drop off pretty soon it's all say no information I've tried restarting it tried updating it I checked all my internet connections and nothing works to do.

I’m experiencing the same issues since the beginning of the week. About every 30 minutes all the channels close to the channel I am viewing including that channel show No information. Only thing to do is go back to Home screen and re enter live tv again and the program information is back for another while. Been a constant challenge since they changed that screen and added the suggestion panels at the top. What gives Roku, don’t you guys test stuff before you put it in production?

My TCl keep losing channel info too. Turning the tv off and back on resets it but after awhile loses it again. This has been happening ever since the last upgrade when they added a banner above the channel guide. Very frustrating. HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM ROKU.

Hisense: Model 58R6E3 just started losing the channel information after it has been on a while. If I shut if off for 10 seconds, the channel information comes back but after a while 'No information Again'. I use only OTA for the channels. No cable or satellite. I constantly update the OS manually. I have tried unplugging the TV, then plugging in, same thing. I have not tried a factory reset, leaving that as a last resort, if possible.
Any thoughts??? Of course, the TV is OOW.
Thank-you,
Mike

I have a Roku TCL 55 in tv. The problem started with the no information on the live channel lineup about the same time y'all added the tiles located above the TV lineup. You can watch a TV show for a while then go back to the channel lineup and when you do... no information is shown. Sometimes you have to go back to the home screen and go back into the lineup and hope it appears. Otherwise you have to unplug the television set. Please fix the problem it's on your end not ours.
