This is wholly unacceptable! The app was working, now it's not. It's 4am, I have a live stream that I have to miss out on... AGAIN... because I have zero control over the lighting! Another missed paycheck.
I can't sign in to any of their apps, despite my just using my login credentials to sign in here.
I’m having the same issue please let me know how to fix it if you get it fixed
As of 6 AM it lets me log in but then there is a two step verification process but once I enter the code it sends it tells me the code is wrong or something went wrong try again 🤦♀️

I am also having this issue and have tried all the troubleshooting techniques suggested Changed my password and can log in fin on regular roku app and the website but not the smart home app. I’m an iphone user as well with latest ios version.
