I have an app on my Roku called ipcamera viewer pro. It has options to backup the camera settings but I am not able to get the backup to work. Has anyone else had this problem?

@Dalecway2, you've posted in the wrong area. This section of the "community" is only for Roku Smart Home products, hence the confusion. Try posting in the Channels and viewing section and tag @ioan (the developer of the app). No one at Roku can help you other than giving the same boilerplate about removing/restarting/reinstalling.

Very funny. I don’t use the Roku smart home app, nor do I use any Roku cameras. My issue is about an app called IP Cam Viewer Pro that runs on my Roku.
