It’s not loaded since it first showed up. And there is no error code just never loads camera.

I completely and totally agree! These cameras along with their software engineers are junk. You're right it's always something with them and it's never good.
I’m going to throw them in the garbage. Tried everything and no support.
I don’t blame you! Roku service is crsp. And they act like they don’t understand anything. Throw them in the trash! Mine all are slowly ending up there one by one and will not be replace with another Roku.
