@hollowch, does the "old" remote work with the new Ultra? Does the remote you got with the new Ultra work with the old Ultra? Just wondering if it's really the old Ultra that's the problem.

i also have this problem with 3 remotes as soon as you unplug the remote it dies went and bought i more work for a month then same thing have to use my phone to even watch tv
