I just purchased 2 new Roku TVs. Both remotes do not have the microphone button on the remote. I received am email reminding me that this feature is available but the picture provided show the microphone button in the center of the remote. On my remote however, there is crescent moon there. Wondering why I did not get the most current remote with these 2 new TVs or how to get them. Any ideas?
Who made the TV (onn, TCL, Sharp, etc.)? I believe all TVs made by Roku come with voice remotes, but those from the other manufacturers may or may not. You can use a voice remote with any Roku TV made by anyone.

jbrain8985, not all "Roku TVs" are made by Roku, although I thought the remote would have the manufacture's name/logo. What does it show under Settings->System->About? Does it mention Hisense, onn, TCL, etc.? What's the Hardware ID shown there?
