My voice remote for my Roku TV is barely keeping a that charge 24 hours and when I use it I get periodic popups that say the TV isn't receiving voice and to try to re-pair the remote. Repairing doesn't seem to do anything. Any ideas?

I have a Roku Voice Remote. Where do I find the exact model number?
My TV is a 55"nCLass Plus Series purchased on 26 Nov 2024. I first noticed the issue about 3 weeks after I purchased the TV. To troubleshoot I have repeatedly tried to re-pair the remote as suggested, have tried to reset the TV and the remote as outlined in the troubleshooting articles I found on your website.
