Just bought a replacement pro2 remote to replace the one that went through the laundry and this one has developed an issue where the d-pad button doesn’t work well, if I push really hard 2or 3 times it will work. This began on my 31st day of ownership. Quite disappointed to find out that no one will help me with this problem. Guess I’m out 30 bucks. Not a good look to have your flagship remote break/quit working just outside the return window. Thanks Roku.
