My remote on one side is hard to push. I see a lot of people having same problem. Maybe you should replace them. Sharon hanke. Please reply to this message.

Thanks for keeping us posted.

Another troubleshooting step we would recommend is performing an un-pair and re-pair of your Roku remote. Kindly follow the step below:

Unpair your Roku remote.

Press and hold the pairing button for 20 seconds.

Repair your voice remote to your streaming device

Put your streaming device in pairing mode:

Remove the power cable from your streaming device
Wait at least 5 seconds
Re-connect the power cable
Wait for your streaming device to power on, and the Home screen to appear on your TV screen
Within 30 seconds of seeing the Home screen on your TV screen, put your voice remote into pairing mode

Put your voice remote in pairing mode:

Press and hold the pairing button on your voice remote for 20 seconds. The status light should slowly flash green, stop, and then flash rapidly. When this happens, release the pairing button and your remote will restart.
Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash. If the light does not flash, charge your remote.
Wait for 30 seconds while the remote establishes a connection with your streaming device.

Once your streaming device and remote are connected, the pairing dialog will appear on your TV screen.

My Roku is brand new only a few weeks of use so far, but the right arrow button on the remote barely works. I have to press it super hard and multiple times before it works. Anyone know a fix for this? Batteries are 83%

I am having the same issue. I just purchased this and is less than a month old. All of the remote buttons do not work. I have to press all of them very hard to get it to respond at all. What can I do to get this issue fixed?

Didn't work for me. The right arrow button on the remote still doesn't work properly. You have to press super hard for it to work. Makes me less likely to purchase another Roku device.

Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Scroll and select Settings.
Select Remotes & Devices.
Select Remote.
Choose your voice remote from the list and select Set up remote for TV control.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
