My remote on one side is hard to push. I see a lot of people having same problem. Maybe you should replace them. Sharon hanke. Please reply to this message.

My Roku is brand new only a few weeks of use so far, but the right arrow button on the remote barely works. I have to press it super hard and multiple times before it works. Anyone know a fix for this? Batteries are 83%

I am having the same issue. I just purchased this and is less than a month old. All of the remote buttons do not work. I have to press all of them very hard to get it to respond at all. What can I do to get this issue fixed?
Didn't work for me. The right arrow button on the remote still doesn't work properly. You have to press super hard for it to work. Makes me less likely to purchase another Roku device.
