I can't find a way to directly contact Roku with product feature suggestions, so here goes...
1. Number keypad on remote. We have our children's profiles rating restricted by PIN code, but this PIN code is useless when we watch PG movies and the kids see us enter the PIN on the screen. I would suggest offering a "Mega Remote" that includes a number keypad, so the PIN may be entered privately. These features could be included on an upgrade to the next Voice Remote Pro. I understand that the number keypad is available on the smartphone app, but the handheld remote is easier and quicker.
2. Backlit or glow-in-the-dark keypad. We often watch content in the dark and, despite the simplicity of the remote, sometimes it's difficult to remember which key is which. Perhaps this feature could be added to the "Mega Remote."
Of course, I would expect the "Mega Remote" to be compatible with both Roku set-top boxes and Roku OS TVs.
