I have the same problem. The pair button, when held, does not illuminate the green light. HELP!!

Thanks for reaching out. Is this a new remote that you're trying to set up? Have you tried replacing the batteries and see if there are any differences?

Old Remote. Started burning thru batteries about 6 months ago. Now cannot operate roku tv, green pair light does not come on at all. new batteries installed. Roku restarted. Followed all instructions.
