White screen, factory reset doesn't do anything

Welcome, and thank you for your post!

We understand that you're having display issues with your Roku TV. Could you specify what Roku device this is?? Also, could you send us a photo of the issue? Lastly, we would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps below:

1. Power-cycle your Roku TV: unplug it from the wall power outlet and plug it back in.
2. Check for updates. Go to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now
3. Restart your Roku TV. Go to Settings > System > Power (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System Restart.
4. Try performing another factory reset: Go to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset.

If the issue is persistent, please keep us posted.

I guess no solution.   Will no longer buy or recommend tcl or other Roku devices.

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your TV manufacturer to report the problem and request additional support. It seems that your problem is related to a hardware issue.
