Season 4 episode titled Personal Foul

Could you tell us what streaming option you are using to access this content? Is it through a third-party service like Paramount+, Vudu, Apple TV, etc., or does it go straight to The Roku Channel? We would like to get a better look at it.

I am having the same issue when streaming the same episodes of CSI: NY. The app I am using is "Paramount Plus on The Roku Channel."

According to the team's investigation, they are unable to replicate the issue, and the episode plays as normal as expected.
