We’re currently aware of an issue where some Roku audio devices aren’t pairing or connecting, and our team is currently investigating it. In the meantime, here are a couple of things you can try: Power cycle the device – Unplug the power cable, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. Check for a system update – Go to: Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now If the issue persists after trying these steps, please send a private message to me or @RokuEmmanuel-D with more details. Please try these steps and let us know if you notice any changes. Thank you! Roku Community Team Re: Frankenstein 1931 and Return of Dracula 1953 - Scratchy Noise Hey there! ad34754932 We’d like to take a closer look at the audio issue you’re experiencing with Frankenstein (1931) and Return of Dracula (1953). If possible, could you send us a short video showing what’s happening? That could help us figure out what’s going on. Looking forward to your update! Thank you! Roku Community Team Re: Soundbar SE remotes will not turn the TV off Hey thereGinger321! Saw that you had a question about using the remote with your Roku Streambar SE. Just a few quick questions to help us better understand the issue: Have you been able to turn off the TV before without any problems? Are you using the Roku remote that came with your Streambar SE? What’s the make and model of your TV? In most cases, this can be fixed by enabling the CEC setting on your TV. This allows your Roku Streambar SE and your TV to communicate with each other, so you can use your Roku remote to power the TV on/off or adjust volume, or even use your TV remote to control the Streambar SE. You can check out this Support article for more details on setting up the Roku remote. Let us know your setup, and we’ll be able to help from there! Thank you! Roku Community Team Re: Getting an “upgrade to watch” message after episode 1 Hey there, Terry28! Saw your question about getting an “upgrade to watch” message after episode 1.
