CSI New York has no audio on a couple of episodes

2 episodes (so far) of CSI NY have no sound when trying to watch.

Season 3 Episode titled Obsession

Season 4 episode titled Personal Foul

Could you tell us what streaming option you are using to access this content? Is it through a third-party service like Paramount+, Vudu, Apple TV, etc., or does it go straight to The Roku Channel? We would like to get a better look at it.

I am having the same issue when streaming the same episodes of CSI: NY. The app I am using is "Paramount Plus on The Roku Channel."
