I’m trying to upgrade from the $4.99 version of Paramount plus to the $9.99 version with no commercials and it’s taking me in circles! Help, please! Thanks so much! #rokufail

@nannersz Are you attempting to change plans on a Roku subscription or a subscription from Paramount + directly?

How to upgrade or downgrade Paramount+

From your Roku Account click on my account in the drop down box

Click on Manage your subscriptions

From your Active Subscriptions list, click on the Manage Subscription button

Click on the Cancel button

Choose the Turn off auto-renew button; then click Confirm Changes

You will be asked for a reason why cancelling, check Other and say you are Upgrading or Downgrading, click to finish

Now go back to my account and click on View and activate offers and free trials

Page down until you get to Paramount+,  and click on the Start 7-Day Free Trial button

Now you will be asked to choose which Paramount+ you want.  Check the button for Paramount+ Essentials for $4.99 or Paramount+ Premium for $9.99.

You will now have a new icon on your Roku home menu for Paramount+
