Unauthorized auto subscription not in my manage account

How do I talk to someone at Roku regarding a unauthorized $58.98 CBS auto pay subscription that came out of my bank account two days ago. I didn’t order and it’s not showing up in manage my accounts.

@MKB1 It appears you have logged into your Roku account on a computer or phone and checked your subscriptions.  If you have and the subscription is not there it likely you either have a second Roku account or the charge is not from Roku.  While logged into your Roku account make sure you check a pin is required to make purchases so someone can not accidently order a subscription through Roku.   Did you subscribe to Paramount Plus?  That may show up as a CBS autopay.
