I cancelled my monthly paramount plus subscription through Roku 4 months ago. I am now trying to sign up directly with paramount plus, but am unable to because my paramount plus account is managed through Roku and it is status is listed as active and on hold.
Roku has told me multiple times that I do not have an active paramount plus subscription so there is nothing for them to cancel (and I have not been charged in 4 months). Paramount plus cannot adjust anything or start a new subscription because on their end I still have the active on-hold subscription with Roku.
In the meantime I cannot use the app, and seemingly nobody will accept my money to subscribe again.
Any advice on how to proceed? I have spent 4-5 hours so far on both of their support lines.
