I understand that you were charged despite having an active 7-day free trial of your Paramount+ subscription. If you wish to cancel the subscription, try following these steps:

  1. Go to Home
  2. Highlight the app.
  3. Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote
  4. Turn off Auto-renew

This will cancel the subscription and prevent charges on the next billing date. Here is an additional link for more detailed instructions. To reach one of our billing experts, visit this link.
