Double charged for Roku CBS and Paramount Plus

Why am I being billed double for Roku CBS and Paramount Plus?

I understand that you have been charged twice by CBS Paramount+ on your Roku. If you wish to cancel the subscription to avoid further charges on the next billing date, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Highlight the app.
  3. Press the star (*) button.
  4. Select Manage Subscription.
  5. Turn off Auto-renew.

To file a dispute for this charge, you can reach us by going to this link or giving your bank a call to get this sorted out. Here’s an additional link to learn more about managing subscriptions on Roku.
