I did this and CBS is not listed.  I can’t find where to cancel it.  Very frustrated right now.

Hi, @Donnao.

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We understand that you're having an issue canceling your subscription. No worries, we're here to help.

Have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device? Ensure that you sign in with the same email address. To check: Home > Settings > System > About.

You may also cancel your subscription through your streaming device:

  1. Press the Home button  on your Roku remote.
  2. From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Press the Star button  on your remote.
  4. Select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.

  5. To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Next, you can choose to remove the app immediately or keep it for the remainder of the subscription term.

Note: If you're still unable to locate the subscription, you may need to contact the channel provider itself, as this may be directly purchased from them.

Moreover, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

Hope this helps!

Hi, @eweisenberger77.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We see that you're trying to cancel your subscription. To do so, please refer to the post above.

If you’re still getting charged after you've canceled your subscription and the billing cycle has ended, please follow the instructions on identifying charges you don't recognize, especially if you see an invoice with “Roku for ___” and don't know what streaming subscription it refers to.

If after doing so, you still have issues, contact customer support for help.

We hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if there's anything else we could further assist you.

Regards,
Reynan
