I am ready to cancel my entire Roku subscription and hardware

I purchased the monthly paramount plus essential subscription with no issues. Then I when I opened the app today it offered me a yearly subscription for a great price. I subscribed in full for one year. Now I can't watch ANYTHING on paramount plus. The home screen says to either

sign out

connect provider

Roku is not helping me and I already paid so now I am very dissatisfied with this service and ready to find another service.

It seems you're having trouble logging into your Paramount Plus subscription. Just a heads up: most apps on the Roku streaming platform are managed by the channel providers. You'll need to contact Paramount Plus Support directly to better assist your concern. Since Paramount Plus oversees the account and login experience, they will be best equipped to help you.
