Trying to cancel a subscription

I'm trying to cancel a subscription to Peacock that is being billed through Roku, the problem is the subscription isn't showing up when I look for it on my account even though it is tied to the same email. I've tried to cancel it through the home page on my Roku but that hasn't worked either. Is there something I can do to cancel this subscription?

It seems you are trying to cancel your Peacock subscription, but you can't find it. There could be several reasons for this, or it might be linked to a different account. Here’s how to cancel a subscription through the Roku account website.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Under Payment & Subscriptions, click My Subscriptions.
  3. Manage Subscription
  4. Click Turn off Auto-renew

If you don’t see any active subscriptions, go ahead and try using another email you might have. Here's an additional link to learn more about managing or canceling a subscription

The same thing is happening to me. I have zero idea of how to remove this charge from my account especially since I dont have an active subscription. There is no number or email or chat bot you can use to figure this out which is extra annoying.
