Roku has been claiming a 'system issue' for almost 2 weeks now. Roku is not providing any real answers. Unable to watch 3 major streaming subscriptions due to Roku issue. WTH Roku? Infuriating!
Anyone else having this issue?

We regret hearing about this experience and the inconvenience it has caused you. This is not the outcome that we want.
Do you always see an error message saying that there was a problem when you access these channels? Is this a standalone channel, or are these premium channels under The Roku Channel?
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with more information about it so that we may investigate it further.

I am having the same issue for a couple of weeks now. Hulu doesn’t play. Error message. “ we’re having trouble playing this… “. I called Hulu and they tried to help but then said I would have to get in touch with Roku since that’s who I get the service from. I can’t get anyone on the phone to help me! Why pay for a service that I can’t get anymore??? All my local channels , everything —. Not available?????? I am NOT HAPPY!

Same issue. Tried to get Golf Channel on Hulu and it said Roku was unable to process the payment for it.
If you all know there’s an issue, please fix it. Your own system is saying it can’t process payments. That’s all you, Roku.
