Roku and Peacock SOMEONE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I am being charged for Peacock and I cancelled it back in October.  I go on Peacock and they tell me I have to contact Roku because they are who I get Peacock through.  So I go on your site and it says I have no active subscriptions.  So I go back on Peacock and tell them and they say they can't help me.  So I come back here and try to find a contact, chatbot, nothing.  Its says there is online help but it just brings you to the main menu.  This is the most idiotic thing I have ever seen.  I will never get Roku again.  I want this subscription stopped, and I want my refund retroactive from October.I have made sure that it wasn't under another email.  You need to stop charging people and then making it crazy difficult to stop a subscription.  This is a total scam.  You are just hoping people forget and you will keep charging the service.  I will be going on social media and giving this same two cents.

You can do this by navigating to Home > Settings > System > About. Once you've verified your email, our Account and Billing Team will be ready to assist you further. Head to the Roku support page and look for "Check Support Options below."
