Hi @Janay028,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'd like to know more about how we can help, but we need more details. Have you tried logging into your Roku account on a phone or computer and checking your subscriptions? If the subscription is listed, you can unsubscribe there.

Alternatively, you can contact our account billing team directly using the link here. Kindly choose the "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions" category. An option to talk to a live representative should be available. They are the best ones to help you with your subscription concerns.

If you can log in to your Roku account but the subscription is not listed, then the charge is not from Roku.

Note: If you're billed directly by a subscription provider, such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and others, your billing relationship is with that provider, and you must contact them directly to cancel that subscription.

You can reach them here: Peacock Support.

Moreover, you can also check the charges on your account, and this link will help you: How to review your purchase history and charges to your Roku account.

We hope this information helps you. Let us know if you still have any questions.

All the best,
Chel
