Re: How to contact Roku Support?

Roku only bills for subscriptions made through them. You can see if you have any Roku subscriptions on your Roku user web page (https://my.roku.com). If there's no subscriptions listed there, you will not get a charge from Roku.

Hey everyone,

If you're seeing a charge on your account that you don't recognize, here are some things to check:

  • Review your subscriptions: Log in to your Roku account at my.roku.com/subscriptions and check for any active subscriptions.
  • Check for free trials: Make sure no free trials have automatically converted to paid subscriptions.
  • Confirm the charge is from Roku: Roku charges will appear on your billing statement as "Roku," "Roku for <app/provider>," or "The Roku Channel."
