Hi, @tracylane821.

We appreciate you reaching us here in the Roku Community!

We understand that you wanted to cancel a subscription. No worries, we're here to help.

There are two ways to cancel a subscription, via the website and through your streaming device.

Here are the steps through the website:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to My Subscriptions
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

Note: If this option isn't available, it means the subscription isn't managed through Roku but directly through the streaming service provider. You'll need to contact them directly to cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription through your streaming device, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

We hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if you still have any questions.

Regards,
Reynan

@tracylane821 Not sure what your point is.  There are many things that I don't have or need.

Do you have a question for someone on the forum????
