This is ridiculous, I need help addressing an error code and the error code is not even searchable. THEN THERE IS NO ABILITY WHATSOEVER TO GET HELP. I'm cancelling and never coming back. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know too never use ROKU. I'm also cancelling my mom's subscription.
@jlcarrico1 Have you logged in to your Roku account on a computer and selected support! Then pick topic and go to the bottom right of the page and select agent support.
