We see that you need clarification on these charges and to better assist you. We would recommend checking your account first at my.roku.com and selecting "Manage Subscription" to see if there are any charges. Or you can directly reach out to one of our Support from Account and Billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions," and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
