I am having the same issue with two channels. My Roku account says I have no renewed subscriptions. Where do I go to see if I have more than one account through Roku because they are being paid through my pay pal account every month. I have no idea where to enter Home > Settings > System > About. where in the roku account it that available. I am ready to cancel everything to go with roku and use a different streaming service.

Home > Settings > System > About is the main menu on any Roku device. It's not found in your Roku user web account. This menu shows your Roku device model number, serial number, and some other information.
I see nothing about contacting support. Here is the issue and it's quite frustrating. Doesn't seem to be a way to contact someone for individual apps. My granddaughters love movie the Parent Trap. Although it appears that it on apps, free , such as the guy now, Classico...it's the original that always is available, not the one they relate to, with Lindsey Lohan. This has happened over and over. The photo, write up about movie is the later version but when you get to watch it, it's the original. Not only is that false advertising over and over again but quite annoying. Who can fix this? Thank you
@mommyfor7 who can fix it will depend on the app in use. If you find that problem using The Roku Channel, then Roku is the one that needs to correct the misinformation (although they are likely getting the info from a different source that has it wrong). For any other app, Roku has no power to make them fix it, so it's best for the user to contact that provider directly. Of course, that is assuming the company even has a way to be contacted. Some of the online providers are not good about providing a way to contact them.
