@Izaacpacheco, you need to log into the Roku account that has the subscription. Subscriptions through Roku are tied to the Roku account, not the person or payment method. If you can't do that, you can try account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus, but they might not be able to find the subscription without knowing the Roku account. Your only option might be to cancel the credit card or block charges to the payment method.
