First, please edit your post and remove your email address. That is a sure way for scammers to try to contact you and try to get you to pay for their "help". Click the three dots on the right and click Edit reply.
Now, when you log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) do you see any subscriptions listed? If you look under Purchases and History, is there any charges listed that match what you have on your credit card statement?
If the answer to these two questions is No, then Roku has not billed you. Scammers have acquired your CC number and has submitted phony charges to your account and used the name Roku to try to appear legitimate. If this is the case, you need to contest the charges immediately with your CC company, and request the card be cancelled and issue you a new card with a new number.
If the charges are listed in your user account, you can cancel any subscriptions there, but in general Roku will not refund a legitimate charge. The phone number you listed is a Missouri area code, and Roku is located near San Jose CA, so I don't think it's a legitimate number.
