I have the same problem.  I've went everywhere n even called number on my checking account n it gave me an email address n it still isn't helpful.  How can you help me cancel CBS.  It is through Roku. Cause that's what the recording said.

We understand that you're having trouble canceling a subscription. No worries, we're here to provide some steps you can try.

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription:

1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions.
2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel. 
3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
   Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

If you're still unable to cancel the subscription, you may need to check the email address associated with your streaming device. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.
