I can’t find any way to cancel CBS interactive.  Canceled my Paramount plus but this is a separate charge. I may have to cancel my roku  to get rid of the charge unless I can speak to someone about this issue

@Cgagnon1111 You can not cancel a Roku account.  You can delete your Roku account but that will NOT stop any charge for CBS Interactive.  When you say you cancelled your Paramount Plus did you just remove the app from your Roku devices or did you actually cancel the Paramount Plus account?

Regarding your concern, our billing team would be happy to assist you directly. You can reach them at Accounts and Billing by phone or live chat and choose the option for "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions. 

They will be in a better position to address your specific situation.

how do i talk to a person about this $35.00 a month is bull i never agreed to that

We would recommend first taking a closer look at your account here at my.roku.com and going to "Manage subscription" to see if you're seeing those charges. If you still need a hand you can contact one of our experts from the Account and billing team.

Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

Thank you for your time in posting in the Roku Community!

We recognize that you want to learn more about how to cancel a streaming subscription. We would love to share with you the step-by-step procedure on how to do this.

Few things to take note of:

  • Subscriptions purchased directly from a service provider or otherwise purchased outside the Channel Store or The Roku Channel will not appear on the Subscriptions page. Contact your service provider directly with any subscription or billing questions.
  • All subscriptions are auto-renewed. You must turn off auto-renew to cancel your subscription before your next billing period begins. No partial-term refunds are provided. Free subscription trials must be canceled before the free trial period ends to avoid recurring subscription charges.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Sign in to your Roku account and go to Subscriptions
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel and select Turn off auto-renew
  3. Continue to use your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle

FWIW ... I never signed up for "CBS Interactive", either.  What I DID sign up for was Paramount+, which apparently bills out as "CBS Interactive".   su-PRISE, su-PRISE, su-PRISE, Drill Sergeant!

Have you tried contacting the Accounts and Billing team to verify this? Please do so since they are the specialized department to best cater to your inquiry. You can also follow the post abive by @RokuMary-F to be better assisted.

I paid for a full year subscription to paramount+ with showtime thru my Roku account on 11/4/2023. I have been unable to log into either app on any device. 
When I log into my Roku  account it  shows active subscription thru 11/4/2024 with auto renewal turned off. 

when I contact you CS department they told me my subscription was cancelled since I turned off auto renewal and they don’t show any active subscriptions for me. 

They were absolutely no help and I am out $120.00
