I can’t find any way to cancel CBS interactive. Canceled my Paramount plus but this is a separate charge. I may have to cancel my roku to get rid of the charge unless I can speak to someone about this issue
@Cgagnon1111 You can not cancel a Roku account. You can delete your Roku account but that will NOT stop any charge for CBS Interactive. When you say you cancelled your Paramount Plus did you just remove the app from your Roku devices or did you actually cancel the Paramount Plus account?
Roku charge is $13.13 per month, I want this charge explained to me. Phone no. [personal information removed]

If you still need a hand you can contact one of our experts from the Account and billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

FWIW ... I never signed up for "CBS Interactive", either. What I DID sign up for was Paramount+, which apparently bills out as "CBS Interactive". su-PRISE, su-PRISE, su-PRISE, Drill Sergeant!

I paid for a full year subscription to paramount+ with showtime thru my Roku account on 11/4/2023. I have been unable to log into either app on any device.
When I log into my Roku account it shows active subscription thru 11/4/2024 with auto renewal turned off.
when I contact you CS department they told me my subscription was cancelled since I turned off auto renewal and they don’t show any active subscriptions for me.
They were absolutely no help and I am out $120.00
