May we know where you purchased the subscription? Is it through Roku or directly to the channel provider?
Note that if it’s billed through your Roku account, use the username and password that you created for that account to sign in to the app. If you signed up for a subscription directly through the streaming service, you need to sign in with the username and password that you created for that account.
