I want to cancel cbs through roku. Where do I go to cancel this.

We would recommend managing your subscription here at my.roku.com. You'll be able to manage and cancel your subscription if you see it's available on the list.

The subscription isn't showing up on my Roku subscription page. So, there is no way of me cancelling myself. I have to talk to someone to get help cancelling.
@godsnurse If the subscription is not showing up when you login to your Roku account on a computer or phone the it is likely that you either have a second Roku account or the charge is not from Roku. CBS interactive is likely Paramount Plus. Can you login to your Paramount Plus account and cancel your subscription there?
I have been trying to get a hold of your billing department agent support since last night and I cannot get anything to load at home or at work, but I am able to get into the community and your other sections just fine. I tried the steps you listed above and I cannot get any assistance. I was charged for the CBS Paramount + which I expected, but cannot find it on my subscriptions anywhere and on my Roku I can't do anything because Paramount says I have to contact you guys.

@mhadaway CBS Interactive is probably Paramount Plus. If you login to your Roku account on a computer or phone and check subscriptions the subscription will be there if it is from Roku. If you login to your Roku account and the subscription is not there try logging into Paramount Plus and see if you can find how your subscription is charged.
If you go online to the “my Roku” site and sign in you will find the subscription and can cancel it there.
